1. About Nuranee

Nuranee is an online marketplace operated by Teesta Tech Ltd that connects students and parents with independent Quran tutors. Nuranee is not a tutoring agency β€” tutors are independent contractors who set their own rates and schedules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents may create accounts on behalf of their children. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Free Trial

Each student is entitled to one free 30-minute trial lesson per tutor. No payment is required until after the trial lesson is completed. The trial is non-transferable.

4. Booking and Payment

Lesson fees are charged in advance. Nuranee collects payment on behalf of tutors and retains a platform fee of 20%. Tutors receive 80% of each transaction, paid weekly every Monday via Stripe.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a lesson are eligible for a full credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Students may reschedule once per month free of charge; additional rescheduling uses a lesson credit.

6. Conduct

All users must behave respectfully. Nuranee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nuranee platform, including tutor profiles, lesson materials, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Teesta Tech Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nuranee provides the platform as a marketplace and is not liable for the quality of tuition provided by independent tutors. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for lessons in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
